Step into a sanctuary of serenity for an afternoon of deep relaxation and reflections as we focus on what we’re grateful for.
Emily Blink of Zen with Em guides us to gently move our bodies and enjoy a mindful, canna friendly afternoon.
Arrive at 12:30p, to put your mat down, visit the open and complimentary d@b bar and/or v@pe station, light one up, and burn one down. Class begins at 1p. It’s a perfect way to spend a Saturday in an all levels class!
Emily ends the class in a sound bath that sends you straight to space or another dimension!!!
Bring your own mat.
